looking for apartment, suite, ect

Hello, I am a respectful, quiet, cleanly young person looking for a place to call my own. I am looking for a quiet comfortable 1 bedroom apartment or suite.
I am a full time student at NIC going into social working, and have lived here in the valley since I was 10. I am now 23 and hoping to find a nice place to call my own here close to family. My family has lived in the home we currently rent for the past 10 years.
I have a guaranteed fixed income, and have never had issues paying bills on time. I am incredibly clean, being a germaphobe myself, and I am very quiet snd respectful of the rented property and neighbours.
I have two small dogs, a toy poodle and a west highland terrier, weighing 7 and 19 lbs. they are both house broken and I am very on top of their activity to ensure they don't disturb neighbours or cause issues.
I am looking for a place around $1000 per month (of course with an additional pet deposit upon moving in)
