Older couple seeking rental in Courtenay/Comox

Older working couple with a 5 yr old son looking to rent for 1 year in Courtenay/Comox. Prefer 3 br or 2 br and a den. Fenced yard for our son. We are non smoking, clean, quiet. New to the island. Hubby was born on the island but moved to the mainland at age 2. We have an old retired farm cat from Alberta that I have had since he was a kitten. He mostly stays in doors or in the yard. Neutered, clean, well behaved, smart. My hubby is a concrete finisher and carpenters helper currently. I am an Executive Assistant to a busy CEO. We both work full time while our son attends daycare and later this year Kindergarten. Looking to move in by March 31st 2024. Thank you in advance.
