Room for rent in clinic

I am opening a new clinic on Cliffe and 17th area. I am looking for allied health professionals to share the space with me. Room rental fee is dependant on full time or part time. You control your own business and I just rent the space to you. The room available part time is the first photo, this would be appropriate for another body type of worker. The second and third images are for the full time room which is undecorated.
No counsellors please as their is already a counselling clinic next door. RMT, osteo, naturopath, or other body worker welcome.
There is a waiting room, bathroom, and staff lounge area for your use as well.
