32' Diesel powered sail boat

Cedar strip sloop. Insured with assumable moorage.
New sails, and lots of work done over years. Recently voyage from Broughtons to Gulf Islands.
Must sell due to health reasons.
Boat needs some work on compoaite deck patching and some deck paint, otherwise seasonal maintenance and off ya go.
Have had Picnic for 16 years and many good trips were had.
Needs deck work and paint, hence price drop.
