39-foot 2021 Sierra C-Class 5th Wheel trailer. In excellent condition. I have lived full-time in it for a year and a half. I have a visual disability now, and it is time for me to sell. It has been a great unit to live in.
2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths. Full-size fridge and microwave. Comes with lots of extras, including a washing machine and dryer, which I had installed post-purchase. Loft sleeping quarters as well. Storage galore. Unit includes a 7-foot by 7-foot storage unit and high-quality front steps. Access to a small fridge from outside. Comes with a tripod stabilizer. Excellent A/C unit.
The space I am living in is willing to have the new owner live here but will be required to fill out a rental agreement. It is month-to-month, and hydro is included. I am currently hooked to a 50-amp service. The unit is located in Chemainus.
