Up for sale is a Catalina 27, 1980 sailboat with an outboard motor (4hp)
It is currently connected to a Buoy Ball System by Montague Harbour Anchorage on Galiano Island. This buoy system is connected with the boat along with 2 floating deck (hard plastic). No need to pay for any moorage fees since the buoy system belongs to you. There are about 10-20 boats around the area. The sale also comes with an 11 feet dhingy with an electric motor. We had so much fun with this last summer, we put a hot tub and a portable sauna on our deck and run it with a generator.
Another cool thing is there is a seaplane that takes you straight to vancouver on a daily flight costing $135 and takes 20 minutes, it lands pretty much next to the boat.
Even though it's sad to say goodbye to our paradise, we hope to find someone who will enjoy it as much as we did

We've decided to sell our food trailer after about 14 years of service. This u-built unit is spacious and functional for anything from large festivals to small event catering. It's been all around Vancouver Island and the Gulf Islands and has never let us down. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who's been wanting to get into the food truck scene but doesn't want to spend 100k or more on a truck. We're pricing this unit to sell, and are excited to see this trailer be the start of someone's dream! Food trailers are great because in most cases your 1/2 ton or 1 ton truck will be more reliable and easier to service for your mechanic than a food truck. Well we have decided it's time to part with our baby.
We are the second owners from a very nice lady in Calgary
that lost her husband and couldn't travel anymore.
This 2005 Fleetwood Pace Arrow was a flagship motorhome
when it was released. It comes with everything and then some.
It is 37 feet long and has a very unique feature of
3 slides with the 2 biggest slides opposing each other making
the living area 12 feet across and 22 long. It has 47,800 KMS on it so quite
low mileage. Everything works all glass is 100% intact. We have many of the original bills and papers
and manuals plus the bill of sale for 181,000 dollars when it was new.
We replaced the fridge with a 4 door larger fridge done
by Adrians RV repair just recently. It has all fiberglass 1 piece roof with no leaks. The body is aluminum and
fiberglass so no rust anywhere or damage. It has 2 furnaces and 2 heatpump/air conditioners It has a very
powerful cell booster which turns 1 bar into 5 for both cell calls and data. We replaced the original microwave with the
identical Sharp one 1 yr ago. Which is a convection microwave with Sensory cook.
It has a large bathroom with full size shower. Also it has a built in Splendide washer/dryer which works excellent. All original carpeting. Linoleum in front of the kitchen area in mint condition.
The all leather seats and couch are a breeze to keep clean.
The couch is a pullout and the table folds down for more sleeping area.
2 years ago we replaced the fuel pump installed all Iridium spark plugs and Gorilla plug wires. It is powered by an 8.1 Chevy Vortec and it has 385 horsepower. With an Allison 6 speed transmission.
It has a couple scuff marks on the wood and seats from normal wear and tear
but its in mint condition. We traveled almost 20,000 kilometers in this unit
and loved every minute of it. I will offer the right customer a chance for a couple hours of notes and explanation of workings. We will entertain reasonable offers.
