Oak Bay, BC: Experienced Nanny Wanted - to Care for 2, sometimes

Hello! I'm christina, my husband is Michael, and we are looking for a care provider for two of our children part-time throughout the week. I will be attending school, and we have three children, two of which (4 and 7are homeschooled, and our third (10) goes to primary School.We are looking for part-time care while I am at school and study time. We are looking for someone who is fun and engaging, and doesn't mind being a home body. (Our kids don't like to go out in the world much). No teaching abilities required! We are looking for someone that can work Tuesdays, 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Wednesdays, 9:00 to 5:00, and Thursdays noon to 5:00 pm. We prefer somebody that has a driver's license and has their own car, as we may need help with drop off/pick up for our oldest (10), who will be in school. Primary responsibilities will be to keep our kids safe, and be a caring and fun caregiver. We are big on communicating with our kids and talking through problems, instead of enforcing rules and punishment. We are looking for someone open to gentle parenting. We are open to discuss pay, and generally pay above average rates. We value the caregivers that help us with our kids!
