Hey Everyone,

I’m currently looking for motivated, hard-working, and down-to-earth individuals to join the team this summer. Experience is valued but not required as all training will be provided.

PAINTER SALARY
Pay is by piece-rate. With the piece-rate system, you are paid by each project you complete. For example, If a job is estimated to take 30 hours but you finish it in 20, you are paid for 30 hours and move on to the next job. This system greatly increases earning potential and because of this: hard work, attention to detail, and fast-paced work will go a long way in making for a successful and profitable summer. If you are unsure of how this works, I will go into more detail with you about it in further discussions.
