POSITION TYPE: FULL-TIME

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
• Assist in taking signed jobs from sales through scheduling, procurement, installation, construction, and closing of custom home projects
• Build strong relationships with clients and help maintain client satisfaction
• Maintain profitability by minimizing setbacks, maintaining schedule, and working efficiently as a team
• Communicate daily with Project Managers and relay information to all on-site team members to ensure procedures and schedules are followed
• Oversee, train, and support new and ongoing team members
• Maintain and update accurate data in the company’s payroll time clock software, for yourself daily.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
• Journeyman Carpenter or equivalent experience
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Experience leading, training, and inspiring a team
• Experience in analyzing a process, determining the most efficient way to carry out a task, and implementing the plan
• Framing, foundations, drywalling, tiling, and any trade-specific experience an asset
• Basic computer/technical abilities and organization skills
• Customer service/client relationship management experience
• Experience in scheduling, procurement, and production
• Strong attention to detail and precision in carrying out tasks
