Looking for a maintenance staff for an apartment building in Duncan. Possible live in at market rent can be discussed
- leveling and laying flooring
- painting and drywall
- installing cabinets, blinds and doors
- responding to tenant maintenance requests
- renovating suites
- assisting with the upkeep on the building
- yard/parking lot maintenance
- helping prep suites and cleaning
- other duties as assigned
Looking for someone efficient can work well alone and within a team. Looking for asap but want to find the right candidate
