Looking for a roommate in a large, fully furnished house with plenty of sun and outdoor space. Must be clean, quiet and respectful. Large private room with shared amenities. Parking for one vehicle. WiFi included. Overnight guests are not allowed (without prior approval). Must be cat friendly (1 resident indoor cat). Absolutely no smoking indoors. Proof of income and references required. Damage deposit equal to 1/2 month.
Rent is $900 plus shared utilities (power and water).
