Fifi, our beautiful blue point Himalayan Persian Queen, gave birth to 5 adorable, loving, Purebred Persian kittens on Dec 26! Fifi is an amazing, attentive momma, and gives the utmost care and devotion to her babies as does our whole household! There are 3 beautiful blue girls, 1 handsome blue boy and 1 blue point Himalayan boy.
Here at Kootenay Royal Persians our cats and kittens are well-loved and socialized, and have free run of the house. They are fed premium kibble, wet food, and treats. Besides other cats, they are used to big dogs, too! We breed ethically and responsibly, and take great care of our moms. Their health is of utmost importance.
All the babies are fully litter trained, and used to being bathed and blow dried before being adopted and will have a clean bill of health from our local Vet with their first vaccinations and deworming.

More about Doll Face Persians
Here at Kootenay Royal Persians we aim for breeding the traditional doll face Persian. According to the Traditional Cat Breed Association (TCA) this type of Persian is considered the original/traditional Persian, and they support that position through early images of the breed displayed on their website. This Persian has a normal length nose that is in proportion with the rest of its face and skull structure, yet it still has that distinctive Persian look - just not as extreme as the Persian shown at cat shows.
Health considerations are one of the strongest reasons to continue breeding for the original type. The extreme style of the show Persian's head can lead to excessive tearing, and that can lead to facial staining. They may also experience upper respiratory problems and difficulty breathing that are directly related to their extremely short noses.
