The two rooms are connected and have a shared sink and both units have windows looking east or south with mountain views.

It would be ideal for someone like a RMT, a counsellor, a chiropractor or a small business like a lawyer. I currently work in one of the rooms, but am open to sharing the space or handing over both rooms entirely.

One of the two rooms could be used as a waiting area, which has been done in the past.
