i am very polite, friendly, but I am not gabby, I am not their to talk your ear off. I offer good old fashioned cleaning, the way your mom used to do. I get on my hands and knees when needed. If you need furniture moved can do that as well, or moving heavy boxes, errands, I do it all. I clean under things, move things, clean behind things. Not rocket science. When I get their i start cleaning immediately and dont stop till I am done.
Started out in the housekeeping department at one of the local hotels, worked my way up to head of housekeeping department. I was responsible for inspection the rooms on a daily basis.
One cleaning person per home or office. This ensures you have same person each time and you get a much better clean that way.
This is premium, five star hotel quality cleaning, at an affordable price. Our portfolio consists of banks, gyms, blood services, offices, air b & b's, common areas for buildings and student houseing, homes, move in and move outs.
W clean behind things, under things, and pick up things as we clean. Most homes/apartments can get a full cleaning top to bottem in three hours, I find most homes usually over 2,000 square feet and more than 2.5 bathrooms require additional time. Your house will look amazing and smell wonderful. You will wonder how we get things so clean, the simple trick is it takes hard work. This is no fooling around type of cleaning, get in their work hard and then leave. Cleaner will work whole time through, no breaks, no texting, no slacking off.
Will do a post walkthrough before I start and then upon completion to make sure you're fully satisfied with the results of the cleaning service provided
This first visit will serve as an opportunity for us to demonstrate the standard of excellence you can expect. Then, once you are established and satisfied with the level of service , the same cleaning person will come back to you each time; the cleaner has met you and is familiar with your home and your individual expectations. Whether you use the service once a week or once a year, you will have your own cleaning person . . . someone you are comfortable with and who understands your needs.
Situate a client with one well-trained, bonded and insured cleaning person, whom the client becomes happy and comfortable with . . . and the client will never have a reason to look elsewhere for service.
While clients do not develop loyalty to cleaning crews 'speed cleaning' their homes . . . they do become very endeared to an individual who understands their personal needs and expectations, and whom they come to trust as a friend.
But the fact is, there is a limit to the level of 'customization' a cleaning team can offer. A team can never be as flexible as one well-trained cleaning person.

Also I wanted to let you know that we are so happy with your service. It's so awesome to come home to such a clean house on Sunday. Another note: Pat may be home this Saturday as I am going away and the cottage is having other guests. I will ask him to keep the dogs outside while you are here cuz they can be a pain.

Hey Don. Every 2 weeks would be fantastic - Cleaning was great! I only noticed a little dust on one ledge and under the powder room sink- so wonderful!!' Those are two easy to forget spots in the grand scheme of a house. Keep up the excellent work and cant wait for next cleaning.

I would like to have tea with you and discuss the products you use. Some are good, some not. I have what's missing or can get it. I am very sensistive to chemcials and have to use special products not your fault. Can you come this week? I have a dance party here on Saturday so I'd love to have it done before then.
