In Search Of...Family Friendly Trail Gelding

Hello All!
I am in search of a trail horse for the whole family. We have no little kids, but the experience level of our riders goes from very green to experienced.
Looking for a horse that likes to be with people and doesn’t mind being loved on. One that loves the trails and wouldn't mind doing some camping trips.

Geldings Only!
Between 5 – 17 years of age
Between 14.2 and 16 hh and a thick build (Drafty horses preferred)
No Bolt, Buck or Rear please
Not Herdbound
More Whoa than Go
Neck Reining would be wonderful
No maintenance required
Our horses receive a lot of care and attention :)
Budget depends on the horse but max is about $8,000
Location Near Dawson Creek but willing to travel for the right horse.
