Wonderful place to visit! $850 US per month includes fibre optic wifi internet for those who work remotely and cable. Electricity extra (but not usually that much when used when in condo only and turned off when you leave). Lots of new refreshing being done now. New paint, New window, refurbishment of doors, New balcony sun screen to enjoy :)
