Looking for 1 male student/professional to rent out the 2nd bedroom with a private bathroom, in a brand new 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with double ceiling height.

Move-in Date: 1st March

Location: 11088, 126a Street, Surrey (next to Scott Road Skytrain Station)

The apartment is located on the top floor of the building. It's really spacious and has lots of natural light.

This is a brand new apartment, so we will be the first one's moving in.

There's free visitor parking and ton of parking space at Scott Road station & Home Depot.
You can rent additional parking from the building manager for $65/month.
You can also get a storage locker for an extra $35/month.

Building has a gym, yoga studio, a rooftop garden and party rooms.

Ideal candidate:
- Male student or working professional.
- In their 20s or early 30s.
- Good credit score & references.
- Clean freak & likes to keep things organized (**this is important**).
- Has a chill & easy to get along personality.
- No smoking & No Drugs. (any kind)
- No Pets.
- Willing to decorate the common areas together. (I have some furniture, but we can buy more together)

Rent: $1450/month (does not include utilities & internet)

Things we can share:
- Utilities - $50-60/month
- Internet - $100/month

You will need to provide:
- Credit check
- References
- Half month's rent as a security deposit. (I have already paid this, so you will be paying me half of it i.e. $725)

Note: This is a managed apartment building, so you will need to sign the same lease with the building management as I did. The lease will be for 1 year.
