7-night stay in Orlando (Westgate Resorts property)
Description
Do you want to go to Orlando in 2026? Maybe to spend some days at an amusement park (Disney, Universal)? Sporting event maybe ? Beach time? It’s all possible in the Orlando/Kissimmee area!
We are offering the rental of our Westgate Resorts timeshare. We own in Las Vegas but can book at any Westgate Resorts-owned property in Florida.
Each property is different, but we are guaranteed a 1-bedroom suite/viall, which includes a full kitchen, a living room area with sofa bed; sleeps 4.

Westgate Town Center Resort (we've been to this one!)

Timeshare rental details:
Length: Stay is 7 nights.
Check in: Only on Friday, Saturday, Sunday.
Flexible: Bookable any week of 2026 (extra fee for some more popular weeks - charge varies by the resort/week like the last few weeks of December)
Price: $1,700 CAD (total)
We ask for a $250 non-refundable deposit, payable by e-transfer, to cover any potential cancellation and rebooking costs incurred.
You are responsible for any additional charges (e.g., resort fee, parking) once arrive on property.
How to rent:
Reach out to us, serious inquiries only.
We'll get your preferred dates and check in day and confirm availability with the resort.
If available, pay the non-refundable deposit and we'll book the stay with the resort.
We'll need your full name (as it appears on government issued ID, the same that will be used at check in; your address; and your email).
Once received, we will forward the confirmation documentation.
The remaining payment is due, via etransfer, within 48 hours.
We are located in Waterloo, ON, Canada.
We have 1 stay available in 2026 only (not available in 2027).
