Are you a fun, tidy young professional in your 20s or 30s looking for a great place to live in Vancouver? Our previous roommate has found his own private space and we're looking for someone new to join our friendly household of three!
We're all in our late 20s and 30s, working professionals who enjoy a relaxed and respectful living environment.
The Room
The available room is located upstairs and comes fully furnished with a comfortable bed, table, TV, desk, and nightstand and is newly painted.

You'll love our prime location in the heart of Kitsilano!
Excellent Transit Access: Just a 10-minute bus ride to UBC! We're conveniently located off Broadway with quick access to the 4, 7, 9, 14, 84, and 99 bus routes, making your commute a breeze.
Walkable Convenience: You'll find both grocery stores and a variety of restaurants within walking distance, perfect for daily errands or a night out.
In-suite laundry is also available for your convenience.
Rent is $1150 per month, plus shared utilities. Utilities (hydro, gas, and internet) are split equally among all roommates.
A half-month's rent deposit is required. The lease is month-to-month, but we're ideally looking for someone interested in a long-term commitment.
