- Private bathroom (toilet and sink) is available, but it’s on the other side of the apartment.
- 5 mins from 99 bus stop at Arbutus/Broadway
- perfect for UBC students
- SHARED kitchen with one roommate
- Your roommate (me) lives in the living room turned into a bedroom. The hangout space is in the kitchen! The arrangement may change after future renovation.
- I am 30 years old, professional, female, dont smoke/drink
- Fragrance free/Scent free apartment - you have to be okay with using scent-free products only (I can purchase them or help you choose your own)
- You have to have your own cooking utensils, pots/pans, due to food allergies. I provide the cutlery, bowls/plates/cleaning supplies.
- In-suite washer/dryer, dishwasher, resident parking, front deck, and a shared back yard.
