Centrally located 1 hour from Nanaimo, 1 hour and a half from Comox/Courtenay International Airport and 2 hours from Tofino. Sproat Lake Provincial Park is nearby and the Alberni Valley has many recreation options for year round hiking, fishing, cycling, etc.

Nice residential area, safe and quiet neighbours, one block away from the Kitsuksis Dyke and walking/cycling trails leading to the Kitsuksis Falls. Also within 10 minutes driving and 20 minutes walking anywhere in town. Well kept, impeccably clean house with wooden floors. All modern appliances, a wood stove and three work sheds outside with all kinds of gardening and woodworking tools and space for wood and storage. Wrap around deck in the back and an attached high ceiling double garage. This very private rancher sits in a ½ acre lot with large gardens around the house plus an orchard with a pergola in the back and a creek on the East side of the property.
