RECREATIONAL RENTAL PROPERTY

If you are a First Responder, Firefighter, Policeman, RCMP, or Military personnel with families and would like recreational retreat to enjoy your RV with family and friends then please read on:

We have a 2.5-acre parcel of recreational land surrounded by crown land backing onto the Tawatinaw Valley that we'd like to share with a couple of families.
It is great for hiking, biking, kayaking, quadding, and snowmobiling.
There's even a sand pit where you can teach your younger children how to quad. Best of all, it is only 20 minutes south of Athabasca. Currently it is dry camping but for the perfect (permanent) couple of families we will put in power and holding tanks. It currently got a fire pit and woodshed with plenty of space to accommodate two trailers and toys. These trailers can also be left here all year long. We are looking for the perfect two families that will enjoy this property all year long with all it has to offer. The best thing of all is that it is FREE! You are not reading this wrong, and it is not a scam. We just want to pay it forward. We will be accepting applications (a simple e-mail stating why you would be the best family along with a photo if you're comfortable with it).
