• Bright, spacious open concept living room with taxidermies(Please for eyes only) and lake view, wood panel walls & an entire wall. Dinning room with a lake view.
• Lots of parking (even for your ATV, boat or RV)-you can bring your boat or any toys.
• Large private lot. Large front yard and rear yard with a fire pit ,and play structure. Treed back yard. Has front deck and a rear deck if you're trying to catch the shade.

• GREAT LOCATION:
- Lake Front -Private sandy beach on the Lake Manitoba. ( kayak and inflatable boat are available at your own risk‼️). Minimal safety vest.
- 2 picnic tables by the beach.
- Across the street from a large greenspace. Marsh trails /Trails for jogging ,biking and hiking.
- 5 minutes walk to Lundar Beach Provincial Park - sand volleyball and big play structure
- Close to boat launch with a ramp at Lundar Beach provincial Park
- GOLF : 15-minute drive or less to golf course.
- 70-minutes drive from Winnipeg’s north perimeter (up highway 6).
- Great hiking, swimming, boating & fishing in Summer(Bring your own bug spray and sun block lotion).
- After ‍♀️‍♀️ please use the outdoor shower to rinse the sand.
- Great place to have your Family gateaway or just to relax and meditate.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
✅Half of total rent must be received to reserve booking. E-transfer is preferred, but cash delivered in person is also acceptable. Then full payment 7 days prior the checked in dates.
✅Damage deposit: $300 must be received at least 2 days prior to check-in. (It'd refunded within 7 days after check-out if no damage or extraordinary cleaning).
✅Cancellation policy: Full Rental fee will be refunded if the booking is cancelled more than 5 days.
**2 days cancellation has no refund before the check-in date.
✅ No extra people allowed and visitors cannot stay overnight.
Check-in & Check-out time: 4 PM check-in & 11 AM check-out.
Upon check out, bring out garbage into the blue bin and keep the cabin what it looks like when you arrived.
Garbage & Recycling pickup by RM of Coldwell: Sundays 3pm (bring it out on the street) 1 blue recycled and max of 2 black garbage bags.
If weekdays just put it in the blue bin at the backof Cabin
❌No smoking inside.
❌No pets.
❌Booking could be cancelled anytime if irregularities/ violation arise or observed by caretaker after warning ⚠️ was given.
❌Quite time: 10pm-7am
