Two bedroom plus den. Featuring a queen master and double over double bunk beds, plus two pull out sofas.
Few things to note:
- Maximum of two vehicles allowed on the site
- No pets
- Main renter must be 25 years or older to rent
- No parties
- No smoking inside, smoking is permitted outside only (must pick up cigarette butts)
- Fire pit and BBQ (propane not included)
- Cottage sleeps 8 comfortably
- Central AC
- Large deck
- Fully equipped kitchen
** 4 passenger lifted golf cart is included in price – driver(s) must have a valid G license no exceptions
* Price does not include park passes. Renters must purchase those from Sherkston separately *
A non refundable deposit of $500 is required to hold your reservation. Balance of rental and $500 security deposit due 60 days prior to check in. Security deposit will be returned after the trailer and personal property are inspected and found to have no damages. A $150 Cleaning fee may be deducted from the Security Deposit if the cottage is not left in the same condition it was when you arrived.
