A 2 block walk to the beach with quick access to esmeralda beach and cenote, or playa88 (beach access). The building is located right behind the beautiful paradisius hotel. Right off of 5th avenue it is an easy beautiful walk to the growing famous 5th avenue. The city has been taking extra care along this path adding street lighting at night, new artwork and buildings, every month new restaurants and shops are opening up to provide an ever changing street.
