* No smoking indoors
* Landlord has joint custody of a well trained non shedding dog who will be in the house on a semi-regular basis however we are not open to additional pets from tenants.
* We will maintain a clean house, in addition to cleaning your own dishes etc. Twice a month we will do a proper clean of common areas, (bathrooms, kitchen floors counters ect). You can chose to participate or financially contribute to a cleaner. We will have a warning and then eviction system for disrespectful or excessively messy tenants, or tenants who refuse to participate in keeping common spaces clean.

Laundry facilities. 2 Fridges and extensive kitchen cupboard space. The house has minimal furnishing however The BEDROOM WILL BE UNFURNISHED
