Weight loss buddy/mentor?
Description
On a mission to lose weight, I’ve lost 34 lbs so far but have a ways to go still. I really want to step it up because I seem to lose 5, gain 5, then slowly lose that 5 again, before losing another 5. I want to be more focused and consistent. Anyone else trying to lose weight? Would like to just be in daily communication to keep each other on track, exchange meals snacks ideas/photos/recipes, text or messenger is fine, and possibly meet up to walk (after 3 weekdays anytime weekends) indoors at a mall if too cold or icy, or outdoors with doggos, I like to explore all the different trails in Edmonton area to walk. I don’t like gyms and I work out at home with the peloton app. My food plan is high protein vegan, with goal of being mostly whole food plant based (trying to reduce processed foods, oils, sugars)
