Change Management Specialist - REMOTE Alberta
Description
Are you a Change Manager Specialist with PROSCI or CMP certifications and 3-5 years of delivery experience? Our large Alberta-based financial client is seeking a Change Management Specialist (remote - Alberta) for a 12 month contract with a possibility of an extension.
Client: Financial Services
Duration: 12 months with a potential for extension
Location: Remote (Ability to participate in the occasional on-site meeting in Edmonton or Calgary is desirable)
Pay Rate: Negotiable
Description of Work:
Tactical change management and communications support for 2 projects in the Milestone portfolio. This role may also support 3 other projects in the risk portfolio such as Dual Risk Rating System and Credit Portfolio Design and Methodology.
Scope of change work:
Building out change plans based on an already agreed up and completed change strategy
Executing change plans including but not limited to:
Impact assessments
Executing communications tactics
Building sustainment plans
Executing on sustainment and transition tactics
Developing & executing metrics around change success

Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience:
Change Management certification (PROSCI or CMP) and relevant work experience (3-5 years delivery experience)
Experience with Executive teams as well as implementation of new processes, new team roles and responsibilities, and new governance committee implementation.
This is a tactical role to support the Program Change Manager with the implementation of new technology and associated processes and role changes.
A combination of strong internal communication development/execution experience and change enablement and advisory skills are needed to support the Program.
Experience working in a financial institution or in the area of credit risk would be desirable.
