You'll see me out installing everything myself, from fencing to gravel. When you call, you talk directly to me. Many of my Contain-A-Lot tenants have been renting with me since I first started. I pride myself in saying I have NEVER raised the rent on any of my existing tenants and over the years have only continued to add more amenities at their request. Through "COVID", "supply chain shortages", and "inflation" the rent has remained the same and I will do my utmost to continue forth with this model.
- COMING SOON! Contain-A-Lot will be the first in the industry to hire an on-site yard helper that you can book for an additional hourly fee. So often you need and extra set of hands for a couple of hours, someone to off load a piece of equipment while your away at a job, help you clean up at the end of the day, or maybe your employee called in sick. One of the greatest challenges right now is finding employees and it's even worse if you're business can't afford a full or part time employee on payroll. We've heard from our tenants and have a solution to this problem. Noah will be joining our Contain-A-Lot team. You can book him in advance or at a moment's notice. Only Contain-A-Lot tenants will be able to book him, and he will have full access to our in-house heavy equipment that he can operate for you.
