The living room features a cozy fireplace, comfy couches, and a flat-screen TV. The main floor opens to a fenced balcony overlooking a green space. For added security, the spacious yard is fully fenced and has no public access.
There are tons of amenities nearby, including Millwoods Town Centre, grocery stores, the new Millwoods transit centre, parks and bike paths.
I am a young entrepreneur who enjoys movie and popcorn nights, strong coffee, and long walks around the neighbourhood in the summer.
This room is perfect for a quiet, tidy and mature student or working professional who doesn't smoke, party, do drugs, and who can love this place as much as I do!
We do have a gorgeous and loving puppy on-site, who loves all the bum and belly scratches!
