Overland Resort on Mosher Lake in Denare Beach SK

Overland Resort is resides at the quiet end of Denare Beach on Mosher Lake, SK. The large main building consists of 5 large apartment suites, and 2 small suites. All with kitchen and bathrooms. It also had a very large shop, personal laundry room and communal laundry room, with extra washrooms and shower for campers. This communal space just underwent renovations this January 2024
Also on the property is a newly renovated Aframe, which overlooks our private boat launch onto Mosher. It has an upper and lower unit which are separate from each other.
There are numerous outbuildings including: boathouse, kayak shed, gazebo, three storage sheds, a cabin which currently is being used as storage, and fish filleting shack. We also have a wood shed which is used for the wood boiler we have to heat 4 of our biggest units and the shop.
There are 5 camping spots with full hookups, however they are small and we tend to not rent them out unless we have events happening.
This resort is on town water and sewer which is very handy, no pump outs! The lot is approximately 2.95 acres and only minutes away from the beautiful main beach in Denare.
We are at the start of some wonderful cross country ski trails, which leads me in to all our local activities to attract guests! So in winter we have ice fishing, snowmobiling, cross country skiing, snowshoeing and Northern lights. In summer we have fishing, kayaking, other water sports, some hiking and quadding.
