desperately looking for a two bedroom home

We are currently working in Snow Lake, MB full time we make $2240 biweekly per parent me and my spouse so we have a combined monthly of $8000+ We also receive rent assist of $1048. I have one 12 year old son and we’re looking to move at the end of the month because our landlord is asking to move because he’s selling the house. We can pay for damage deposit, rent asap. We would be only in the home about half the month as we work on a 7/7 rotation.
