Welcome to Condo Passion located on the 15th floor of Sea River Tower. From your terrace look down onto the pool, palapa and grounds of the Sunscape Resort. Amazing Beaches and stellar sunsets await you. Enjoy watching dolphins and whales at different times of the year. Within walking distance, you have the VIP theater, La Isla mall, restaurants, Costco, taxi and uber at the entrance.

As of January 1, 2025, Sunscape Resorts is now a MANDATORY ALL-INCLUSIVE condo rental.

The all-inclusive provides unlimited access to the hotel facilities, food, drinks, and alcohol.

Included in our posted rates are 2 half day passes for the duration of your stay!

If you would like the 8:00 am to 1:00 am passes they are an extra $15 USD per person, per day, and this would have to be arranged and paid separately.

If there are more than 2 people in your party, you can purchase additional passes from the resort.

If you choose to eat in, there is a fully equipped kitchen in the condo and two grocery stores nearby.
