We are a senior couple renting part of our vacation home to fellow Canadian Snowbirds, 55+ up to maximum 2 guests on same reservation.
Shared amenities laundry/kitchen/dining/patio. Fully private and self contained east wing of home including bedroom / bathroom / private exit to pool deck.
No pets or support animals. Non smoker. Canadian owned and managed recently renovated 3 bed 2 bath home in North Port, Florida - Sarasota County. Airports RSW / PGD / SRQ US ZIP code 34287
Home is fully equipped, family oriented, comes with everything you need including beach gear and bicycle use with 2 mountain bikes or 2 three-wheelies cruisers to choose from.
Salt-water pool is electric heated, spacious and very private as the house sits on a double corner lot with lots of nature around. Easy shopping with Publix/Walmart/Costco nearby. Ample parking for 4 cars on driveway.
Multiple beaches within 30 mins drive.
Warm Mineral Springs 5 mins.
Aqua park 5 mins.
Newly paved bike path right by the house.
