We gladly welcome applicants utilizing the BC Housing SAFER program and will happily sign your standard rent verification paperwork to help you secure and maintain your monthly benefits.
Property and Physical Layout Features:
Fully renovated ground-floor layouts featuring clean laminate flooring throughout (no dusty old carpets).
Layout options include single-bed configurations with a compact sitting area or two-bed companion setups, all starting at $750 a month.
Please note: entry requires navigating a small, single elevated step at the unit doorway.
The interior layouts feature standard bathrooms and are not equipped with wheelchair ramps or permanent accessibility modifications. Designed strictly for fully independent living.
Situated on flat terrain within comfortable walking distance to the local medical clinic, dentist, optometrist, pharmacies, grocery stores, and more.

Tenant Screening Requirements:
To ensure a safe, quiet, and stable environment for all residents, all applicants must provide the following during the application process:
Verification of independent stable income or retirement benefits.
Positive references from previous landlords or professional character references.
Clean history of responsible tenancy.
Pet Policy: Well-behaved, quiet pets considered. Owners must provide a positive pet reference from a previous landlord or veterinary documentation verifying the pet's behavior and temperament. Rowdy or disruptive pets will not be approved.
