We have lots of boat parking (27 foot dock) and large backyard for your boat trailer.

Available May June, July, August, September, October 2026........3 bed, 1 bath.....southwest exposure......small pets ok..if larger, please ask me...

Cottage has propane BBQ with picnic table & lunch table on dock, kayak, paddle boat, internet, air conditioning, propane fire place for cozy nights.

....5 min drive to Windermere House Hotel and Marina where they have restaurants, bar, pub, nightly entertainment, golf, tennis, & beach front. etc.

15 min drive to Port Carling and Bracebridge for shops, groceries, bank, restaurants, marina, etc......Boat access to Lake Rosseau and Lake Muskoka.

Situated in a quiet sunny bay close to Windermere, great for family gatherings.

Note:
Bedroom one has queen bed
Bedroom two has double bed
Bedroom three has one twin bed & one single bed
We have 2 couches in living room.

note: please bring your own bed linens and towels and bathroom items.

Note: boat ramp and boat rental is in Windermere... 5 minutes from cottage... ..(Please note: motor boats in pictures do not come with cottage rental )
