It is for a 2-bedroom unit with Two separate bathrooms.
The week is fixed 35 with a Friday check in.
Week 35 falls around August 27 each year.
The annual maintenance is approximately $ 850 US including the taxes.
This timeshare is free & clear in our names.
First year of use for new owners will be 2021.
You will have to find & pay for your own closing company. They charge around $ 580 US depending on the company & how much you want them to look into. I can recommend two that I have used. Included document preparation, deed recording, priority mailings, and all county, state, and municipal transfer taxes and recording fees. They will even register the new deed with the resort on behalf of the new owner.
If you want to register with RCI & you are a member already it will be $ 100 US non members it is $ 200 US, if you don’t want to use their exchange site you wont need to pay that fee.
The Cliffs at Peace Canyon accommodations feature one & two-bedroom floor plans. They are designed for maximum comfort. The dining room, kitchen & living room in each suite are integrated for entertaining and enjoyment, along with a patio or balcony. You have wonderful mountain views. The resort has a relaxing heated pool, hot tub, and barbecue grills. Las Vegas is a 24-hour party, but you can retreat from the electricity of The Strip to a relaxing & quiet resort anytime you want. You are close to Lake Mead, Red Rock Canyon, and several highly rated golf courses.
The accommodations sleep 6 with 2 bedrooms. It is permanently deeded, ownerships are still being sold by The Resort for well over $20,000 US, so this is truly a steal!!
Most timeshares are deeded property, and as such they go through a relatively simple yet sometimes lengthy process in order to transfer ownership, just like any other real estate transaction. New deeds must be created and executed, then sent to the appropriate county for recording, and then sent to the resort for their own transfer processing. No one can control the county recording offices or the resort management and the time they may take to complete their portion of the process. Therefore, the purchaser of this timeshare must understand that the transfer of ownership into their name may take at least sixty days or even longer.
