Your new role
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:- Performing assemblies, preventative maintenance, repairs and complete overhauls on heavy equipment.
- Diagnose faults or malfunctions using computerized or other testing equipment to determine the extent of repair required.
- Make recommendations regarding extent of repairs and suggest methods of improvement.
- Think logically and keep up with changes in technology.
- Interpret work order and technical manuals.
- Complete job specific reports and paperwork as needed.
- Have a strong awareness and attitude towards workplace health and safety.
- Motivated and able to work in a challenging environment with minimal supervision.
- Work remotely in adverse weather conditions. Job tasks may be physically demanding lifting up to 50 lbs. Confined Space work is required.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will possess a Journeyperson Heavy Equipment Technician certification. Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered. Other requirements include:- Strong commitment to safety
- Experience in repair/maintenance of heavy equipment
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Some positions may require the ability to travel and meet customer site requirements
- Experience with Komatsu equipment is considered an asset

The 3D Design Manager will lead a team of more than 20 designers, fabrication modellers, and detailers working on projects across North America and Asia. The primary duties of this role include the planning, monitoring, and reporting of 20+ active projects in stages from bid through to construction whilst developing new standards, methods, and practices to ensure the team stays at the leading edge of timber design. This position is based out of our Abbotsford BC (and some limited spots in Calgary) Terminal. Border crossing is required.
This division services Western Canada and the Western United States. Primary lanes of travel BC, AB, WA, OR and CA. All dispatches are done in a priority sequence based on driver, customer, and load requirements.
Our expectation is to have a minimum of 6-10 full days of 24-hour availability or more. We like to run you according to your available hours and within legal requirements, which could mean running over the weekend.

Position Purpose:
Receiving Associates work as part of a team to unload merchandise from carriers and check the quantity and quality of merchandise. In addition they must RGR (Rough Goods Receipt)/ DGR (Detail Goods Receipt) and enter information about incoming merchandise into the stores’ computer system. All Receiving Associates are required to be licensed to use powered lift equipment (i.e., electric pallet jack, slip sheet machine, reach truck, order puller, forklift) which may be used when unloading trucks and moving freight from receiving to designated staging areas. A successful Receiving Associate must have a high level of work commitment, attention to detail and the ability to learn and follow procedures.Position Responsibilities:
We're looking for the type of associates who can tap into their inner orange by:
- Cleaning and maintaining receiving area (e.g. removing pallets and cardboard boxes from the floor, using compactor and bailer, clearing area to make room for new merchandise)
- Unloading merchandise using designated equipment
- Receiving special orders (i.e., RGR,DGR, move to special order cage and locate in system)
- Identifying and reading vendor packing slips, carrier shipping documents, UPC labels and other receiving documents and comparing to purchase orders to ensure accuracy

- Moving freight from receiving to designated staging areas using the appropriate equipment Communicating with the ASMs, Freight and Fulfillment Teams to ensure merchandise is optimally staged Removing trash and empty pallets from sales floor
- Maintaining organized overheads .Using appropriate equipment to safely bring merchandise down from overhead bays to floor (pack-down) and place additional merchandise safely in overhead
- Providing excellent customer service by using FIRST behaviors when on the sales floor

Several years experience as a heavy-duty apprentice or uncertified mechanic
General ability to carry out diagnostics and repairs on diesel engines, hydraulic and electrical systems, as well as reading schematics from each
Strong troubleshooting skills
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
Ability to contribute positively to the team environment
Willingness and desire to learn
A minimum of intermediate English language skills (spoken and written)
A valid driver's license and current Driver’s abstract may be required.Required Qualifications
2-3 years or more experience as a uncertified heavy duty mechanic or apprentice

$32 - $36 per hour base pay depending on the experience and qualifications, plus premiums (if applicable) and pension contribution.
