As an Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing market trends, communicating with customers, and supporting sales efforts. Job DutiesActively support all admin functions on client accounts, as requiredSupport with the organization of client meetings, events, and presentationsMaintain accurate renewal calendars while communicating renewal timelines to Service Managers and ConsultantsPrepare client documents, including renewals, proposals, claims history and correspondencePrepare spreadsheets and requests for proposal to insurers (client marketing exercises)Summarize all insurer proposals for Advisor and clients, using our qualitative and quantitative analysis templatesPrepare sales presentations for Service Reps and ConsultantsPrepare and submit expense reports for AdvisorsWork with insurer websites to obtain client data for reports and presentationsSupport with claims handling and plan member setupManaging proper electronic filing of all client documentation (contracts, booklets, billings, renewals, etc.) ExperienceDiploma in Business Administrative program or an equivalent combination of experience and education2-3 years’ experience in similar administrative rolesStrong attention to detailSolid work ethic and a ‘can-do’ attitudeIntermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, most importantly ExcelProven ability to work in a team environment as well as independentlyExceptional organizational and time management skillsExcellent communication both written and orallyAsset experience that will make you stand out:Life License Qualification Program (LLQP) and current Life License (Insurance Council of BC) is not required but would be an asset.
