⁃ Bed and frame included in the bedroom with hardwood floors, window, double closet, two spacious crawl spaces for extra storage and remote operated ceiling fan.

⁃Quiet, family neighbourhood near bus route and 6 minute drive to universities.
⁃Two large living areas on the main floor, one with one tv.
⁃Newer kitchen with stainless appliances including dishwasher, refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, coffee station, and your own personal cabinet space.
⁃Separate dining room.
⁃Full partially finished basement with recreation room/office, gym area, and lots of storage space.
⁃Share two full bathrooms, one upstairs and one on the main level.
