• The University of New Brunswick (UNB) is only a 10-minute walk from the building. The Fredericton College Campus of da Vinci College is only a 6.5-minute walk. The New Brunswick College of Craft and Design (NBCCD) is only a 10.5-minute walk. St. Thomas University (STU), New Brunswick Community College (NBCC), Atlantic Business College (ABC), and Maritime College of Forest Technology (MCFT) are mere minutes by car from 570 Needham Street.
• The Security Deposit is the same as one month's rent. For example, if your rent is $595 then your Security Deposit is $595. I prefer to get all $595 of the Security Deposit up front with the $595 in rent when moving in.
• Cats and dogs are allowed at all of my locations for an extra charge. If you choose to bring a cat with you it is $45 per month per cat. If you choose to bring a dog with you it is $55 per month per dog. I have extra parking spaces at some locations that non tenants can rent for only $59 per month.
• I give you a 2 Year Rent Guarantee that your rent will stay the same for 2 years. A lease is required until August 31st, 2023. You would give 3 months notice in writing by May 31st, 2023 or earlier to terminate your lease for August 31st, 2023. If you don’t give 3 months notice in writing to terminate your lease then on September 1st, 2023 the lease would automatically renew on a year to year basis.

I will be moving out to my own property end of April and would like someone to takeover my lease from MAY 1st 2023. The present lease is until end of August 2023, and is renewable yearly. This (first floor, downtown, close to UNB) apartment is all inclusive $1,895 (furniture, appliances, heating, hot water, internet, parking spot). The kitchen features a large pantry, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and stove.
A modest dinning area and living room/common area with a sunny balcony.
The apartment also includes a laundry room with non coin operated washer and dryer.
Rent for each room is $500 a month plus a $500 damage deposit. Rent is paid directly to the landlord on the first of each month.
The lease is month to month with a one month termination notice required.
Utilities are shared equally between the tenants. Power is on average $100 a month and internet is around $60. The internet can be upgraded for gaming if needed.
