Vehicle needed

I'm in need of a cheap vehicle that will pass the safety inspection.
I have skin cancer on my ear, and I need to be able to make my appointments in Edmonton without relying on others.
I was working at the center of Hope but I am currently on E.I, so I have $2,500 to $3,000 that I can play with.
This will help with appointments also help with getting me back to work.
I haven't had much luck on marketplace so I'm reaching out here.
