Off the east coast of Newfoundland , on the edge of the Atlantic Ocean, in Bonavista Bay. Island is privately owned, and measures approximately 150m x 340 m. Very rare find as you are not able to acquire islands anymore. Island is big enough to develop 3 possible pieces of property or keep all for one’s self. There is a sheltered cove on the south side for a dock tying up boats. The north side poses an a sad amaxing view, which stretches far to the east for sunrises, and to the west for sunsets. Also, take in breath taking views right off the front steps of whales, seals and even icebergs during the spring and early summer season.
