LOOKING FOR A 1-2 BEDROOM RENTAL

Currently looking for a pet friendly 1-2 bedroom rental, preferably furnished.
I’m looking in the area of Twillingate, Lewisporte or any town that is within close proximity to either of those towns.
I have tenant insurance, and can provide previous landlord references and proof of income.
I have a small Pomeranian, who is very well behaved and clean. She rarely barks and is great with other animals and kids.
I’m looking to pay $1200 at the most, utilities included (open to paying own utilities also) and looking to move in by mid march or the beginning of April.
