As a Barista and Multi-Tasker at Cascara Café & Bistro, you will play a pivotal role in creating memorable moments for our customers. Your responsibilities will encompass:

Coffee Crafting: Skillfully prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, ensuring consistently high quality.

Exemplary Customer Service: Provide warm and efficient customer service, taking orders, offering recommendations, and promptly addressing customer inquiries.

Mastering Multi-Tasking: Expertly manage multiple responsibilities concurrently, including cashier duties, food preparation, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.

Coffee Knowledge: Stay well-informed about our coffee offerings, brewing methods, and flavor profiles to educate and engage customers.

Championing Sustainability: Advocate our commitment to sustainability, fair trade, and environmentally friendly practices, fostering awareness among customers.

Maintaining Cleanliness: Uphold the café's cleanliness and hygiene standards, including equipment and workstations, in accordance with health and safety protocols.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a barista or in customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
