LIEU: Nos installations sont situées au 365 avenue de l'Hippodrome et au 215 rue Nancy Elliott à Aylmer (Gatineau).
PROGRAMME ÉDUCATIF: La garderie applique un programme éducatif Montessori pour tous les enfants de notre établissement. Le programme éducatif est offert en français (lundi, mercredi et vendredi) et en anglais (mardi et jeudi). La méthode Montessori est rigoureusement suivie par le personnel de la garderie. Elle constitue un programme d’enseignement de renommée internationale tirant avantage du désir inné d’apprendre des enfants et qui met en valeur leur plein potentiel. L’approche Montessori reconnaît que chaque enfant est unique, ce qui fait en sorte qu’une majorité d’activités d’apprentissage sont individualisées. Les enfants découvrent des activités conçues pour répondre à leurs besoins et à leur niveau de maturité. Ils sont encouragés à agir de façon indépendante ouvrant ainsi la voie à l’autodiscipline. Suivis par leur enseignant, les enfants accomplissent les projets à leur propre rythme. Le personnel emploie plusieurs outils pour que l’élève comprenne les défis à relever. L’enfant suit aussi le programme éducatif du ministère de la Famille et va au-delà, grâce à de nombreuses activités complémentaires.
ÉVOLUTION DE L’APPRENTISSAGE DE VOTRE ENFANT: Des fiches détaillées de suivi sont offertes aux parents désireux de suivre l’évolution de leur enfant.
SANTÉ & SÉCURITÉ: La garderie offre une ambiance chaleureuse, accueillante, sécuritaire et sans fumée. Le personnel de la garderie possède leur formation en secourisme, leurs antécédents judiciaires et la formation exigée par le ministère de la Famille.
GOUVERNANCE/GESTION: Les administrateurs de la garderie possède plus d’une trentainee d’année d’expérience dans le domaine. La bonne communication, la transparence, la justice et l’éthique seront des principes et valeurs prônés à la garderie.
REPAS: Le menu de la semaine est affiché à la garderie chaque lundi. Chaque repas suit les normes du Guide alimentaire canadien. Les repas sont riches et diversifiés. Des collations sont offertes aux enfants le matin et l’après-midi après la sieste. Les parents sont bienvenus pour faire part de leur avis ou commentaire sur les repas et les collations à la directrice de la garderie ou à l’éducatrice de votre enfant.
ACTIVITÉS À L’EXTÉRIEUR : Chaque jour, des activités extérieures sont prévues au programme. De plus, la cours arrière de chacune de nos garderies est spacieuse et sécuritaire. IUne structure permanente de jeu est installée dans chaque cours arrière.
