1. Flat Roofing Foreman

**Responsibilities:**
- Lead a crew in flat roofing installations, repairs, and maintenance
- Ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards
- Train and supervise team members on-site
- Communicate effectively with project managers and clients
- Enforce safety protocols and company policies

**Requirements:**
- Minimum 5 years of flat roofing experience
- Strong leadership skills & ability to manage a team
- Experience with TPO, EPDM, and modified bitumen roofing systems
- Valid driver’s license & ability to work at heights

2. Flat Roofing Journeyman

**Responsibilities:**
- Perform skilled flat roofing tasks, including installation and repairs
- Work with TPO, EPDM, and modified bitumen systems
- Assist foreman in completing roofing projects efficiently
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment

**Requirements:**
- Minimum 3 years of flat roofing experience
- Proficiency with roofing tools and materials
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Valid driver’s license preferred

3. Flat Roofing Labourer

**Responsibilities:**
- Assist with material handling and job site cleanup
- Support roofers in installation and repair tasks
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures
- Learn and develop skills in the roofing trade

**Requirements:**
- No experience required—willingness to learn
- Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and reliability
