Bathroom Tile Installer Needed – Gatineau ($500 Labour)

Location: Templeton Gatineau

Looking for an experienced tile installer to renovate a standard bathtub surround.

Current setup is an older yellow plastic tub surround which will need to be removed and replaced with tile.

Scope of Work:

• Remove existing plastic tub surround • Prepare walls as required • Install cement board/backer board where needed • Install 12" x 12" tiles on all 3 bathtub walls • Repair and finish the drywall ceiling above the tub area • Grout, caulk, and complete all finishing work • Clean up work area upon completion

Requirements:

• Must have your own tools (tile cutter/wet saw, trowels, drill, drywall tools, levels, mixing equipment, etc.) • Must have your own vehicle • Must be able to pick up existing tiles from a nearby location • Must be able to pick up required materials from Home Depot (cement board, thinset, grout, screws, drywall materials, etc.) • Materials will be reimbursed with receipts upon completion • Must have experience with bathtub surrounds and provide photos of previous work

Compensation:

• $500 cash labour • Material costs reimbursed with receipts • Payment upon successful completion of the project
