Sadly, we have made the difficult decision to rehome Pippin for his own well-being. We believe he would thrive in a household as the only cat. We’re looking for a new home for Pippin with someone who adores cats and is dedicated to giving him the time, patience, and grace he needs as he adjusts to a new environment and family.

We feel he’d do best in a home as the only cat as he has bullied the other cats in our home, especially at night when we’re asleep. We’ve tried to make it work in multiple ways over the past 2.5 years but were not able to find a resolution in our current situation.

He’s 3 years old, neutered, microchipped, and completely up to date on his vaccinations. He’s super sweet with humans but takes a bit of time to warm up. He has a bit of anxiety and would do best in a calm and stable environment.

We’re looking for a forever home where his primary caregiver is female, couples are more than welcome to reach out as well but he’s most comfortable around women. Due to his low energy profile, he would also work well with a senior lady. He’s the type to really take to his special person and is obvious with his favourites.

A bit more about him, he’s not quite a lap cat but he loves being pet and sitting next to you on the couch. He’s quite chill and does like to play but is definitely the napping/couch potato type. He’ll rub against your legs when it’s feeding time and since he is food-motivated, he’s definitely trainable and knows to “sit” when asked before meals. Pippin loves to be brushed and to bird watch by the windows.
