My name is Sam and I specialize in teaching the basics and building a strong fitness base, all the way up to advanced powerlifting. Fitness is an all around approach, so I also include mobility, injury rehab, stretching, cardio, and basic nutrition coaching. So if you want to deadlift your bodyweight, train for your first 5K, or if you just need to learn enough to go to the gym on your own, I'm your person!
I train clients out of my home studio, which includes: Echo bike, 600+ pounds of weights, squat rack and bar, bench, 5-50lb dumbbells, resistance bands, TRX, Plyo box, weighted vest, ab mat, a proper timer and music of your choice :)
